Return Policy

30-Day "Skin in the Game" Guarantee Policy

We believe in results—not regrets. That’s why your first order is covered by our Skin in the Game Guarantee: if you try it, use it consistently, and still don’t experience results in the first 30 days of use, we’ll give you your money back—minus shipping and processing fees. Why? Because skin science takes time, and we want you to give your cells a fair shot at glowing up.


After 30 days from the date of receiving your order, you can initiate a return request. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a money-back return, you’ll need your order number and proof of purchase. The order you are attempting to return must also be the true first order you have placed with L'AMARUE (this applies to the individual, not the account – if you have duplicate/multiple accounts, you will not be eligible for each account's first order).

To start a return, please email team@shoplamarue.com with the subject line "SKIN IN THE GAME RETURN REQUEST".

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will receive a full refund for the value of your L'AMARUE (discounting applied), less a $5 per item processing fee and the return shipping cost (to be calculated per return). Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns/Refunds: VIP Subscriptions

For items purchased on a Subscribe-and-Save plan on www.shoplamarue.com, any time prior to your upcoming recurring shipment ("auto-shipment"), you can create an account here with the email address you used to order with (or login to an existing account here) to manage your subscription shipments. This will allow you to skip a shipment, reschedule the shipment to a later time, edit the shipment frequency, pause your subscription, or cancel it.

Once your recurring shipment ("auto-shipment") is placed/processed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, items returned to sender, and refunds. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders at our discretion.

Unfortunately, it's very hard with skincare products to guarantee a perfect outcome, as every individual's skin does react differently to different products (not just ours!). As such, our return policy reflects that we cannot guarantee how our products will work in each individual scenario, and don't have a satisfaction guarantee.

Product Damage/Order Errors

In the rare occasion when a product arrives to you damaged, or the incorrect item(s) were shipped, please contact us at team@shoplamarue.com within 3 days of receiving your order. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us. Photos of the specific damage, default, or the whole order are required.

Results from and satisfaction of products may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to evaluate all return requests. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders at our discretion.

Note on Natural Products

The use of natural ingredients and materials can result in inconsistent and/or non-standard coloration, texture, and/or scent. This inconsistency and/or non-standard coloration, texture, and/or scent does not mean that our products are spoiled or toxic. It is simply the result of products that are not ultra-processed.

That said, we want to make sure you're happy this your product(s)! If you have a concern about product quality or anything else, please get in touch at team@shoplamarue.com within 7 days of opening/first using your product, and we'll help sort it out for you :) We will typically require photos and/or detailed description(s).
